Colour Analysis Services – Terms & Conditions

By booking a colour analysis session, purchasing a ticketed event, or purchasing a gift voucher, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Payment

All colour analysis services must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

I do not offer payment plans, deposits, or partial payments for Luxe Colour Analysis services. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

I do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend an appointment

  • Dissatisfaction with a colour season result

Please ensure you are committed to your appointment before booking.

3. Appointment Attendance

Each client is allocated a dedicated appointment slot. As multiple clients are seen throughout the day and appointments are carefully scheduled in advance, the following policies apply:

No-Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, your appointment will be forfeited.

You will be required to book and pay in full for a new appointment should you wish to reschedule.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive 30 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered forfeited.

You will be required to rebook and pay in full for a new appointment.

Due to scheduling commitments, waiting lists, and the structured nature of appointments, I am unable to extend sessions or provide replacement appointments at no additional charge.

4. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required.

Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the appointment fee will be forfeited.

A new appointment will need to be booked and paid for in full.

5. Session Duration

Each Colour Analysis appointment is approximately 90 minutes in duration and is strategically planned within my schedule.

As appointments occupy dedicated business time and impact the availability of other appointment slots, missed or forfeited appointments cannot be transferred, refunded, or repeated free of charge.

6. Colour Analysis Results & Reassessments

The colour analysis process is conducted professionally using established draping and assessment techniques.

If you would like additional reassurance regarding your season after your appointment, I am happy to offer a complimentary virtual follow-up discussion to answer questions and review any concerns.

However, I do not offer complimentary in-studio reassessments or repeat colour analysis sessions.

Should you wish to undergo a second in-person colour analysis, a new appointment must be booked and paid for at the current service rate.

7. Ticketed Events

All ticketed event sales are final.

Tickets are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Transferable to another person

If you wish to transfer your ticket, you must notify me in advance and provide the full name of the new attendee.

8. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers:

  • Cannot be redeemed after the expiry date

  • Are non-refundable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

It is the responsibility of the recipient to book and redeem their voucher before the expiry date.

9. Children, Babies & Dogs

To ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all clients, babies, children, and dogs are not permitted to attend appointments.

Appointments are carefully scheduled and include dedicated treatment time. As sessions are limited to 90 minutes, we are unable to accommodate feeding breaks or time spent tending to children during your appointment.

In addition, I work with luxury products and specialist professional tools, and for the safety of children and to prevent accidental damage to equipment, children must not accompany clients to appointments.

Your appointment is also an opportunity for you to fully relax and enjoy the experience without distractions, allowing you to get the most value from your treatment.

Please note that the studio is located on an upper floor with no lift access and requires navigating two flights of stairs, making access with prams or buggies difficult.

Dogs are also not permitted, as the Business Centre's policies prohibit animals from entering the premises.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, purchasing a ticket, or purchasing a gift voucher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
