1. Appointments & Booking

All appointments are confirmed once booked and reserved exclusively for you. As a one-person business offering a limited number of sessions per day, each booking is carefully scheduled and time is specifically allocated for each client.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment time are not permitted, as it is not possible to reallocate this time at short notice.

If a cancellation or failure to attend occurs within this window, a cancellation fee of £100 will apply. This fee is standard for all clients and is in place to protect appointment availability and business time.

3. Late Notice / No Response

If I am not notified in advance and the appointment time passes, the full cancellation policy will still apply.

4. Rescheduling After Fee

Where a cancellation fee applies, any future booking can only be confirmed once the outstanding fee has been settled in full.

5. Rebooking Window

Where a booking is rescheduled following a cancellation, the new appointment must be taken within the same calendar month unless otherwise agreed.

6. Seasonal Colour Analysis Results

All colour analysis results and seasonal determinations are provided based on professional assessment at the time of the appointment.

If you feel unsure about your result or would like a second review, this is absolutely welcome; however, it will require a new, full rebooking.

There are no free follow-up adjustments or complimentary re-evaluations. Each session is a complete, standalone service.

7. General

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Booking an appointment confirms acceptance of the current policy.

8. Results & Refund Policy

Colour analysis is a professional consultation service, not a subjective beauty treatment. The outcome is based on trained assessment, methodology, and professional judgement at the time of your appointment.

As such, results are not based on personal preference or opinion, and are not subject to change due to liking or disliking the outcome provided.

For this reason, no refunds are offered once a consultation has been completed and results have been delivered. Each session is a fully delivered professional service, and payment is for the time, expertise, and analysis provided.

If you have questions about your results or would like further clarity, you are always welcome to rebook a new consultation for a fresh assessment.

9. Follow-Up Appointments & Reassessments

Your appointment is a dedicated 1:1 session where a wide range of colours, tones, and variations are explored in depth to determine your results.

Follow-up visits to recheck, sense-check, or revisit your results are not included and are not offered on a complimentary basis.

Any additional time, review, or reassessment requires a new booking. Each appointment is a standalone service and must be booked accordingly.

10. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. I do not offer deposits or “pay on the day” options.

As a luxury, appointment-based service with limited availability, this ensures your dedicated time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

Once your booking is confirmed and paid in full, all that’s left for you to do is arrive and enjoy your appointment without needing to think about payment on the day.

This payment structure is standard across the image consultancy industry.

  • Unlike most image consultants who operate from their homes, I offer a professional, commercial studio space, providing a truly luxurious and immersive experience.

    My services go beyond the basics:

    • Makeup Application Included: Every service features a full makeup application using the luxe Charlotte Tilbury range, so you can see your new look fully realised.

    • Exclusive Fabric Swatch Book: You’ll receive a luxe fabric swatch book featuring your exact season. This isn’t a generic home-season guide or printed fan—it’s real fabric swatches, curated specifically for you, making your colour choices effortless and precise.

    • A degree in Fashion Design from FIDM. I am not just trained as an image consultant but have the background in textile construction and design.

    Everything I offer is designed to make your style transformation luxurious, personalised, and unforgettable.

  • During your session, I use a variety of fabric tools to identify your home season. Once we establish your home season, I refine it further using the tonal method to uncover your subseason and pinpoint your exact key characteristic.

    For example, if you’re a Warm Autumn, your dominant trait is Warm, which may overlap with Warm Spring—meaning you’ll have access to a palette that truly complements your natural colouring, while keeping your unique key traits front and centre. This ensures the most precise and accurate colour guidance for your wardrobe and styling choices.

  • Please note, there is a 48-hour booking policy in place. Since these are luxurious 2 hour sessions that require my full focus and preparation and as a result I plan quite far in advance and often only take one -two clients per day. If you need to reschedule after the 48 hour window a £100 will be issued.

  • Refunds are not available. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to accommodate you with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • All of my gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving you or your loved one plenty of time to book a personalised session. They make the perfect gift for any occasion, allowing the recipient to enjoy a truly luxurious and transformative experience at their convenience.

  • Yes, of course! The more, the merrier. Feel free to bring a friend, family member, or loved one along to share in your luxurious, personalised style experience. It’s always more fun to enjoy the transformation together!

  • The studio is located at:

    When you arrive, you’ll reach a set of gates. There’s a call box to the left of the door—start typing in “Colour Conviction”, and it will notify me so I can buzz you in.

    Once inside, head to Building A (directly to your right). My studio is on the top floor, Unit 91, located to your left.

  • Yes! Enjoy a range of beverages during your session, from lattes and cappuccinos to French press coffee, classic teas, and gourmet teas from Bird & Blend. To make your experience even sweeter, I also serve a selection of biscuits.

  • Please bear in mind that my prices are reflective of other certified image consultants in the area. Additionally, I do not house my sessions in my home but rather a professional rented out studio and therefore need to consider the cost of overhead. Additionally, I include luxury makeup (Charlotte Tilbury) within my appointments. Lastly, I include luxury fabric swatch books instead printed fans for a more comprehensive comparison.

  • Yes! I offer flexible payment plans for both the Style Revival and The Signature Image Atelier: Full Refinement packages, making it easier to enjoy a luxurious, transformative experience at a pace that suits you.

  • No, I don’t offer group discounts. Each session is highly personalised and luxurious, conducted in a commercial studio space, with Charlotte Tilbury makeup included and a bespoke fabric swatch book (which costs £50 to produce) for every client. The time, attention, and premium materials used in each session ensure that every client receives the full, transformative experience.

  • No. Your colour season is based on your unique undertones, which are consistent and do not change. While you may love colours from other seasons, your true season is singular, ensuring your wardrobe and style choices are perfectly tailored to you.

  • Colour is deeply personal, and my job isn’t to tell you what you can or cannot wear. My role is to show you the colours that truly enhance your natural beauty.

    Even if your season isn’t what you expected, you’ll be surprised how amazing you can look when you incorporate your best colours. And remember—you don’t need to wear them head-to-toe. They can be added through accessories, patterns, or small details for a subtle yet impactful effect.

  • No—your colour season does not change with a tan. However, it may shift slightly due to significant life changes such as menopause or chemotherapy, which can affect your natural undertones.

  • No, I don’t. The Kibbe system is a dated approach that suggests your body shape dictates your style—which simply isn’t true. Style is personal and limitless; it’s about what makes you feel confident, comfortable, and authentically yourself.

  • I use my bespoke style questionnaire, which explores your personality traits, features, home décor, makeup preferences, lifestyle, and everything that makes up who you are. From this, I identify a unique blend of two (sometimes three) style personalities, creating your very own bespoke style archetype—a personalised blueprint that guides your wardrobe and overall look.

  • I don’t typically offer in-person style sessions, as I find they work exceptionally well virtually—part of the process is even integrated into your colour session. However, if you prefer an in-person experience, we can absolutely arrange that to suit your needs.

  • Yes, there is on-site parking available with a maximum stay of 2 hours. However, spaces are extremely limited as the business centre is quite tight, so I wouldn’t recommend relying on this option.

    At busy times, clients may find it difficult to park or can get delayed navigating in and out of the car park while looking for a space.

    For a smoother experience, I recommend using nearby off-street parking where possible. Alternatively, travelling by train is often the easiest and most stress-free option.
